more life, more travel
When I was 23, I went to Amsterdam with my cousin and we toured the old Jewish quarter. I took pictures of the temple. I didn't examine the pictures for nearly 7 years. When I was 29, I returned to Europe and went to Spain where I saw the Alhambra for the first time. The images are different, yet they tend to resemble each other. I have not let go of this holiness that can seep in through a window or a a shadow. I still have the same obsession for linear perspective and the idea of all points meeting, or my need to express just how narrow a space is. I wonder how much time has really gone by.
